NECC offers FREE Early Learning Kits to families in our 7 communities. Each kit is filled with carefully chosen items to assist in early childhood development.
Check below to see if you are eligible:
- I have a child, age 3-5 yrs, & have NOT already received a Kit for that child
- I live in one of these Connecticut towns: Brooklyn, Canterbury, Killingly, Plainfield, Putnam, Sterling or Thompson
- My child is NOT enrolled in, or attending, an early learning program (Preschool, Kindergarten, Head Start, Family Resource Center or Nurturing Families Network home visiting)
